Djokovic, who won the 101st title of his career by defeating Italian Lorenzo Musetti 2-1 in the tournament in Athens, Greece, announced his withdrawal from the ATP Finals shortly after.

Musetti will replace the 38-year-old Serbian tennis player, who had to withdraw for the second time in a row from the finals, where the top eight rackets in the world rankings compete.

The ATP Finals, where Musetti will make his first appearance, will start today in Turin, Italy and will continue until November 16.
